Rehabilitation enhances recovery from illness, injury or surgery to regain strength, function and mobility.
Our multidisciplinary team works together to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients through the design and implementation of individualised programs, enabling patients to achieve greater independence at home, work and in leisure pursuits.
All patients are assessed prior to admission by an experienced rehabilitation assessor to identify and set achievable rehabilitation goals.
Weekly case conferences are conducted by our Multi-Disciplinary Team to assess each patients’ progress and ensure that that our patients are achieving goals set within agreed timeframe set. Family conferences are also available by request.
