Rehabilitation enhances recovery from illness, injury or surgery to regain strength, function and mobility.
Our multidisciplinary team works together to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients through the design and implementation of individualised programs, enabling patients to achieve greater independence at home, work and in leisure pursuits.
