CBT for mood and anxiety runs on either a Monday or a Tuesday, and supports individuals with mood, anxiety, and other mental health difficulties. Sessions are offered on a rolling basis, and cover 6 sessions of content, but you can attend for a shorter or longer period depending on your needs and psychiatrist’s recommendation. The program is based on tenants of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other CBT-based therapies, and aims to provide structured support for individuals looking to maintain gains and skilfulness, and improve overall mental health and wellbeing, with a focus on longer-term integration of skills, techniques, and changes in thinking styles and patterns.
Dealing with Distress (DBT) is a 12-week full day program and will be running on Mondays from the 16th of September.
The program is based on the four core modules of DBT: Core Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness, and aims to provide a structured skills-building program for individuals looking to improve coping, reduce behavioural symptoms, and improve overall mental health and wellbeing. This program is suitable for individuals needing support with mood, anxiety, addictions, and emotion dysregulation difficulties.

Addictions first steps runs for a full-day on Fridays, and supports individuals who have difficulties with substance use or addictions and associated mental health difficulties. Sessions are offered on a rolling basis, and cover 8 sessions of content. The program takes an abstinence approach to recovery, whilst providing guidance and planning for relapse management. It is based on the tenants of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and teaches skills, strategies and concepts to build a meaningful and rewarding life without addictive behaviours.
Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) is an 8-week program for individuals struggling with mood, anxiety, and other mental health difficulties. The program is based on tenants of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and focuses on building an enriching and meaningful life through supporting individuals to learn how to handle painful thoughts and feelings, to clarify what is truly important and meaningful, and to improve committed action towards their goals.
